This Privacy Policy explains clearly and transparently what data we collect, for what purpose, on what legal basis and what rights you have over it, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD) and Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

Depending on how you interact with our website, we may process the following categories of data:

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

5. Retention period

We will keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, thereafter, for the periods legally required to address any potential liabilities. Specifically:

  • Data from enquiries and forms will be kept for as long as the relationship or mutual interest continues and, once it ends, for the limitation periods applicable to any legal actions.
  • Data associated with commercial communications will be kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.

Your data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required.   • Not to be subject to automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you.

Likewise, if you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), with address at C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001, Madrid, or through its electronic office at www.aepd.es.

ALTURE DIGITAL, S.L. has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of your personal data, preventing its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, in line with the state of technology and the nature of the data processed.
