At Alture Digital (ALTURE DIGITAL, S.L., Tax ID B26585844, registered at C/ Francisco Silvela 110, 2ª planta, 28002, Madrid) we use cookies and similar technologies on the alture.es website. In this policy we explain what they are, which ones we use, what for, and how you can manage them or withdraw your consent at any time.

1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser or device when you visit it. Among other things, it helps the site work correctly, remembers your preferences and provides statistical information about how the site is used. Alongside cookies we also use equivalent technologies (such as the browser's local storage), to which everything described in this policy applies.

2. Who uses the cookies?

Cookies may be:

  • First-party: managed by Alture Digital from the alture.es domain.
  • Third-party: managed by external providers that supply us with analytics and advertising measurement services. In our case, Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) and Microsoft (Clarity).

3. What types of cookies do we use?

3.1. Technical or necessary cookies

These are essential for the website to work and to remember your decisions about cookies. They do not require your consent. For example, we store your choice of "Accept" or "Reject" in your browser so that the notice is not shown again on every visit.

3.2. Analytics or measurement cookies

These let us understand, in aggregate, how visitors interact with the website (most viewed pages, time on site, devices, browsing behaviour) in order to improve it. These cookies are only activated if you give your consent by clicking "Accept" in the cookie notice. If you reject them, the analytics tools are neither installed nor loaded.

We use two analytics tools:

  • Google Analytics 4, from Google Ireland Ltd., which measures traffic and general use of the site.
  • Microsoft Clarity, from Microsoft Corporation, which generates heatmaps and anonymous session recordings to understand how the site is browsed.

3.3. Advertising or conversion measurement cookies

These let us measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Google Ads — that is, whether a visit arriving from one of our ads ends up taking a relevant action (such as submitting a form or getting in touch on WhatsApp). As with analytics cookies, they are only activated if you give your consent. If you reject them, they are not installed.

  • Google Ads, from Google Ireland Ltd., for conversion measurement and attribution.

5. Conversion measurement and Google enhanced conversions

We use Google Ads conversion measurement features to understand the effectiveness of our advertising (for example, when a user completes a form or contacts us after clicking one of our ads).

To improve the accuracy of this measurement we use "enhanced conversions". This feature takes data you voluntarily provide on the website (such as your email address) and sends it to Google in encrypted form (hashed), so that Google does not receive that data in readable format. Google uses it solely to attribute and measure conversions in aggregate, and may process it on its servers, including those located outside the European Economic Area (see the international transfers section of this policy).

The legal basis for this processing is your consent, which we request through our cookie notice before activating these features. If you do not accept analytics and advertising cookies, conversion measurement and enhanced conversions are not activated. You can withdraw your consent at any time from the cookie settings link on the website.

6. International data transfers

Google and Microsoft may process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by European legislation (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses). You can find further details in each provider's privacy policy:

7. Legal basis

The basis legitimising the use of technical cookies is our legitimate interest in the website working. The use of analytics and advertising cookies (including conversion measurement and enhanced conversions) is based on your consent, which we request through the cookie notice before installing them and which you may withdraw at any time.

8. How to manage or withdraw your consent

You can change your decision whenever you like:

  • From the website itself: click the [Cookie settings] link available in the footer to show the notice again and change your choice.
  • From your browser: you can block or delete cookies already installed through your browser settings. Bear in mind that blocking technical cookies may affect how the website works.

Instructions by browser:

You can also disable Google Analytics by installing the browser add-on available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to adapt it to legal or technical changes, or to changes in our services. We recommend reviewing it each time you visit the website. The date of the last update appears at the beginning of the document.
